Funny part of the Movie....

Have you watched the Land of the Lost 2009 Movie? Well, if you're looking for a stress relieving movie, this is the one to watch.

Me and my colleagues got a bunch of laughs just watching this movie and there is a part there where we liked most. We kept on repeating and repeating the same scene over and over and over and over....whew. I don't know how many times we kept watching this part.

This scene was so good, we got LSS (Last Song Syndrome) from this (including the synthesizer effect while we sing). The scene was when they found the glass portal and they sang Cher's song with synthesizer effects and all. You must their facial expression. F na F... wahahaha... I thought Will Ferrell (Dr. Rick Marshall) will stop Danny McBride (Will Stanton), but he also sang and they did a duet. You may just like it also, so here it is...

Naruto Shippuden (A Father's fatih in his son)

I have faith in you my son...

Naruto is a great manga and animè series, though the animè maybe a bit delayed than the manga unlike Bleach. LOL Still I love this animè. YEAH!!!

Upon reading the manga series, the latest release Naruto manga 455, there was something that I noticed that I have read in a previous manga episode. Naruto's father having faith in him.





















In Naruto manga 440, the 4th Hokage, which is Nauto's father, said this "Is because I believed you..."





















Naruto, even at his age, has taken a big responsibility and a lot of people trusts him he could do it. This kind of trust enables him to go on and reach his dream of being a Hokage. This is a good trait to have as a father even if he was not there when Naruto grew up.

This is a good example of being a good and cool father that I want to be in the near future. It is good to be able to trust your son or daughter even in small things to help them to value and strive to reach their goals. As stated by a father in a commercial "kung saan ka masaya, suportahan 'ta 'ka" in english "where your heart is, I will support you".

Blood + (anime)

Blood + is an anime that I have watched years ago when I was in college. Got the series from a friend of mine that told me it was a great anime. And yes, for me it is a great anime, because I like a lot of blood and gore for an action filled anime series. I even used the "chevalier" for a code name in a clan. hehe





The Plot

Under the care of her adoptive family, Saya Otonashi has been living the life of an anemic and amnesiac, but otherwise ordinary schoolgirl. Saya’s happy life is shattered when she is attacked by a chiropteran, learning that she is the only one who can defeat them.

Armed with her katana, Saya embarks on a journey with her family, allies, and her chevalier, Hagi, to rid the world of chiropteran and rediscover her identity. The course of the journey reveals the background history of the chiropterans and Saya's very deep past, which extends into the mid-19th century.

The series is initially set in present day (September 2005) Okinawa City (Koza), on Okinawa Island, near the US Kadena Air Base. In the course of the series, Saya visits locations across the world, fighting enemy chiropteran and searching for her origins.

Saya Otonashi (the main character) - is a seemingly ordinary teenage girl adopted and living with amnesia
Diva - twin sister of Saya Otonashi
Hagi - Saya's first, and only living, chevalier
David - Saya's protector from the powerful organization called "Red Shield"
Kai Miyagusuku - Saya's adopted "elder" brother

What are?

Chiropterans - hematophagous bat-like creatures that live by feeding on human blood and generally possess extraordinary speed, strength, and supernatural healing abilities

Artificial chiropterans - most basic form of chiropteran which are created from the straight infusion of Delta 67 into a human host and the human host quickly loses their human intelligence and memories, transforming into a creature resembling a horse-headed gorilla with fangs

Chevaliers - the second highest level of chiropterans in terms of strength and ability and they are created when a human drinks the blood of a queen

Queens (also called the originals) - the first chiropterans in which in any given generation, there are always two Queens, who are female twins born from one of the last Queens, and they are naturally antagonistic with one another
